Lace up and come take a walk with us through one of Memphis’ most beautiful parks. We’ll move at our own pace and enjoy the fresh air as we get our steps in.

After our 1-mile walk, we’ll head over to Belltower Coffee + Juice Bar at Shelby Farms Park to grab a beverage or light snack and keep the connection going.
