Hello Innovation Church Family!

Thank you for taking the time to complete the re-entry survey a few weeks ago.  Your input provided valuable insight into the readiness, well-being and concerns of our church community.

Beginning Sunday, April 11th,  we will enter into Phase 3 of our Re-Entry Plan and open our doors to resume in-person Sunday morning worship experiences.  We are loving each other by protecting each other and taking the necessary steps to keep each other safe.

Worship Experience Guidelines

To maximize your protection and reduce the risk of you contracting the COVID-19 virus, the following safety measures that are in place include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Face masks are required at all times (for ages 2+)We have reconfigured our sanctuary, removing half of our chairs, with rows spaced with 6 feet between.

  • A friendly (yet exciting) wave will have to suffice as a greeting. No handshakes, fist bumps or hugs at this time.

  • We have reduced our service capacity by more than half and instituted an online registration process that will allow us to maintain those capacity limits. Registration is first come-first served.

  • We have spaced out our service times to allow for additional ventilation of our sanctuary between services.

  • Social distancing will take place when entering and exiting the building and while seated.

  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the building and sanctuary.

  • Extra cleaning and disinfecting measures of restrooms, the sanctuary and high traffic areas.

  • Check-In Stations are available at both entrances. Temperature checks and a brief 4 question COVID-19 screening will be conducted before entering into the building. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Attendees will not be permitted to enter if they have a fever or any other symptoms of COVID-19 identified during the screening.

This plan is not set in stone.  As things continue to develop and courses of action change, we want to remain flexible in our response to the needs of our community. This potential re-entry plan simply outlines our best approach at re-acclimating to our current situation to the best of our abilities.

For those not quite ready to attend an in-person worship experience that is perfectly okay.  We will continue to offer our powerful online worship and fellowship opportunities for you, just like we have been doing for the past year. As this situation improves, we will look to add more opportunities for fellowship and engagement on campus.

As you consider if In-Person Worship is right for you, we ask that you consider a few things:

  • If you are sick or not feeling well, we ask that you please stay home.

  • If you cannot wear a mask or are a member of a vulnerable part of our population for this virus, we ask that you please consider staying at home.

Our worship experience times are: Sundays @ 8:37am & 11:07am.

Our seat reservation portal opens every Monday @ 9:07am for that upcoming Sunday. Seats are available on a first-come first served basis.

After your reservation is complete, you will receive an email confirming your RSVP. If something happens and you can no longer attend worship on your date, the bottom of your confirmation email will allow you to cancel your reservation. Please do so as soon as possible, in order for that space to be freed up for someone else to come.

If you cannot register online, please call the church office at (901) 353-1766 for assistance.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO ATTEND A WORSHIP EXPERIENCE ON SUNDAY MORNING?

Yes!  We have reduced the capacity of our sanctuary, in accordance with CDC guidelines. However, we want to create a welcoming environment and we want to avoid turning anyone away if at all possible.  The best way for us to manage capacity is by requiring pre-registration.  If you don’t register, it is likely that you will not have a seat when you arrive.

****A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT REGISTERING:  PLEASE ONLY REGISTER THOSE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD.

How early can I pre-register for a service?

Our seat reservation portal opens every Monday @ 9:07am for that upcoming Sunday. Seats are available on a first-come first served basis. Registration Deadline: Wednesdays at 5pm

WILL THERE BE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEATING?

Yes, of course.  An usher will guide you to the appropriate seating area when you arrive.

I have a medical condition, do I have to wear my mask?

At this time, we are asking everyone on campus to wear a mask. If your condition does not permit you to wear one and you cannot wear a mask at this time, please feel free to join us online.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I ARRIVE TO CHURCH?

  • You can expect to see an excited smiling face with waving arms - ready to welcome and assist you!

  • Check-In Stations will be available for you to check-in for service without getting out of your vehicle. Temp checks and a brief 4 question screening will be conducted before you park your vehicle.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Attendees will not be permitted to enter if they have a fever or any other symptoms of COVID-19 identified during the screening.
