RETREAT PAYMENT AGREEMENT

BREATHE RETREAT

SisterFriends Women’s Ministry of Innovation Church agrees to provide Breathe Retreat (herein referred to as the “Breathe”) for the purpose of Christian fellowship. Participant agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Breathe payment plan.  Costs associated with this Retreat include: transportation, 4 nights accommodation, 3 meals per day (unless otherwise stated) and activities.

PRICES

Single Room: $925 (Single occupancy - 1 King bed) - Occupancy: 1 person

Double Room:  $799 (Double occupancy - 1 King bed) - Occupancy: 2 people

Bunk Room:  $749 (Double occupancy - 2 Full beds) - Occupancy - 2 people

PAYMENT PLAN

This payment plan is an agreement you are entering into WITH Innovation Church.  You are agreeing to make retreat payments over a set period of time (Feb - September 2023).   

MISSED PAYMENTS

Registrations that have 2 missed monthly payments will be canceled.

All payment plans MUST be paid in full prior to or by Friday, September 29, 2023.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of this event and pre-event obligations all deposits are non-refundable.
